This policy explains what information is collected when you visit uk49prediction.com (“UK49 Prediction”, “we”), why, and the choices you have. The site is run by Msaope Mbeye. Questions go to [email protected].

Short version

  • You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name, phone number or payment details.
  • The “Check my numbers” tool runs in your browser. The numbers you pick are not sent to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners (mainly Google) use cookies to show ads and count visits.
  • If you email us, we use your email address only to reply.

Information collected automatically

Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting server records basic request data: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which pages they read and what device they use. It sets cookies and sends usage data to Google. We use these reports only in summary form. Google’s own policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can block Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Advertising. The site is free because it shows ads. Ads are served by Google AdSense and by advertising partners that use Google Ad Manager. These companies use cookies and similar technology to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad and measure results. Ads may be personalised based on your visits to this and other websites. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them only through the analytics and advertising services listed above. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though ads may be less relevant.

Results data

Our server downloads UK49s results from a public results feed (BetTip). This is a request from our server only. No information about you is sent with it.

How long we keep data

Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host. Analytics and advertising data are kept by Google under the retention settings of those services.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, laws such as South Africa’s POPIA and the UK GDPR give you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted and to object to its use. Email [email protected] and we’ll respond within the time the law allows.

If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator in South Africa or the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK.

Children

This site is about betting and is not meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
